Default Can't Support SFV Files with UTF-8/UTF-16 Filenames

When you have SFV files with filenames using one or more UTF-8/UTF-16 character set in it (nordic special characters o spanish/french accented letters), ilSFV can't locate and it shows a missing file in list. Doing the same with another SFV checker (a command-line one, EXF) it works well.
If it's not a bug, sorry about my complain, but then it should be considered as new feature instead.
    Thanks in advance
    Best regards

Sure dear Jud! Actually I apologize for not send it previously, but unfortunately I can't do it.
I think I can't use properly the 'Manage Attachments' button, because I can't find the "Add Files" or "Browse Files" options as it's explained in Help section. The window I receive when I click on that button doesn't match with that Help.
Anyway, I'm using Goole Docs to upload those files, that I'm putting in these 4 links:

    https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B4T...Gp5M19semZWVWM
    https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B4T...GFIQ2plWjB2WDQ
    https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B4T...G1hX3VKQjlRU2M
    https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B4T...EJxUFlveVRyVzg

These links are refering to a couple SFV files, and their corresponding screenshots, one of ilSFV results and another one of how that file it sees in a DOS command prompt window, for each case.
I hope you find it helpful.
    Thank you very much

    Best regards

I got the same problem. I hope there will be full Unicode support in future versions of ilSFV.
